HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low intensity recovery periods. It is a challenging workout, designed to increase your heart rate and deliver results in a shorter amount of time.

Need some help creating a workout plan or training for an event, but not interested in working weekly with a personal trainer? I will meet with you to learn about your fitness goals, health history, current fitness level and design a workout plan to get your where you want to go.
Training app and regular check-ins via text/app included.
Mobile Training is only available at locations within a limited geographic area. Fee is waived for neighbors living within 2 miles from my studio.
An additional fee is applied to mobile training depending on location.
