In a private stretch class, I will work with you one-on-one or with a buddy, coaching you through a series of stretches designed explicitly with you in mind. As a Rossiter Coach I can help you improve your flexibility, mobility and feel better overall. Rossiter is a unique and powerful stretching technique that quickly and effectively removes pain, discomfort and muscle tightness at its source.


Assisted Stretching

As a NASM flexibility coach, I can help you improve your flexibility, mobility and feel better overall. Assisted stretching is conducted on a stretch table and can effectively reduce pain, discomfort and muscle tightness at its source.
